God validates me!
While going through the process. I think in my finite mind. I begin to pray-Once I survive another level.
I have a sense of being elevated. It become clear- I’m stronger, richer, and much wiser. I made a distinct decision, after the trails and tribulations, I gained me a seal to be much closer to God.
This is why I can forgive. Because, I’m always awaiting God to take me to the next level. I love the seal of approval from God.

One day, I woke up and decided to share my thoughts.
My name is Ethel Rene’e Darnell. I’m a fourth-generation Oaklander, a mother to a 29-year-old son, and a grandmother to a beautiful six-year-old girl. I love to travel, drive up the coast, and visit century-old buildings, each holding its own story.
In 2019, I explored four countries—Haiti, Spain, France, and Italy—each leaving an imprint on my soul. But no matter where I go, I always find peace by the water. The ocean, with its rhythmic waves, soothes my spirit in a way nothing else can.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration, specializing in Public Management and Policy Analysis. But beyond my credentials, I am a storyteller at heart. Writing has been my refuge for years—a place where I can express myself freely, without rules or judgment.
This blog is my space to share what’s on my heart. Whether it’s personal reflections, social issues, business insights, and mindset or the untold stories of people who’ve crossed my path, I write because I believe words have power. Power to heal, to inspire, and to connect.
